Jack Pollard, an enrolled tribal member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes in Covelo, CA, and brings a wealth of experience to community service. With a 17-year background in law enforcement, including 13 years as a Correctional Deputy with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office, Jack has been an active participant in various non profit organization and community projects. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Town of Windsor's Public Arts Advisory Commission.
Warren Parrish is a retired Battalion Chief with Cal Fire with over three decades of leadership experience. Warren is a Pomo Indian from the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians. Warren has spent the past few years heading up Windsors Indian Education Program where he is helping to change the Native experience in the Town of Windsor education system.
Ursula is an enrolled member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes and has an extensive background in Human Resources for Native Organizations, she is currently working on her Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis on Human Resource Management. Ursula has had the opportunity to serve on several boards in her care
Donna dedicated 38 years of her career of Parks and Recreation throughout California. She served as the Town of Windsor Parks and Recreation Director from 2006 to 2019. She also served as the Recreation & Community Services Director for the City of Los Altos from 2019 to 2022.
Angelica is a tribal member of the Manchester-Point Arena Band of Pomo Indians. She is an Outreach Worker, Case Manager, and Domestic Violence Advocate. Angelica also is very active in teaching cultural classes throughout the County of Sonoma while organizing projects for the PTA.
