JACK POLLARD-CHAIRMAN/CEO

Jack Pollard, an enrolled tribal member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes in Covelo, CA, and brings a wealth of experience to community service. With a 17-year background in law enforcement, including 13 years as a Correctional Deputy with the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office, Jack has been an active participant in various non profit organization and community projects over the past 15 years.

Israel is a passionate advocate for community impact, wellness, and environmental stewardship. He holds a Doctor of Naturopathy degree and a teaching credential. He is the owner of a fitness gym where he promotes wellness, empowerment, and healthy living

emily nunez-secretary

Emily is a lifelong resident of Sonoma County and an enrolled member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes. Emily is a Windsor resident where she and her husband raise their family. Emily brings nearly 20 years of professional experience across healthcare, real estate, and community service. 

DONNA LEGGE- PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR

Donna dedicated 38 years of her career of Parks and Recreation throughout California. As a Navajo, served as the Town of Windsor Parks and Recreation Director from 2006 to 2019.  She also served as the Recreation & Community Services Director for the City of Los Altos from 2019 to 2022. 

ANGELICA SMITH- OUTREACH DIRECTOR

Angelica is a tribal member of the Manchester-Point Arena Band of Pomo Indians. She is an Outreach Worker, Case Manager, and Domestic Violence Advocate. Angelica also is very active in teaching cultural classes throughout the County of Sonoma while organizing projects for the PTA.

URSULA SWAN- Member at large

Ursula is an enrolled member of the Round Valley Indian Tribes and has an extensive background in Human Resources for Native Organizations, she is currently working on her Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis on Human Resource Management. Ursula has had the opportunity to serve on several boards in her care

TATIANA BECERRA- MEMEBR AT LARGE

Tatiana is Southern Pomo and Coast Miwok and a member of the Colverdale Band of Pomo Indians, a mother, and a community builder rooted in Sonoma County. She has a degree in biochemistry from Cal Poly San Louis Obispo and a strong understanding of business marketing.
